Extra set of stock lights - $200
TSX projectors - $160
E46 shrouds - $80
Subaru STI ballasts and Philips D2S bulbs - $120
Random screws, paint and other hardware needed for install - $50
Having some amazing custom lights and knowing you made them yourself - Priceless.

Ok...maybe not priceless but you get the point. All the prices are approximate since I did this retrofit like a year ago. But I happen to be finishing up my new retrofit as we speak

The only thing that's really changed here is the price of the shrouds This market is fickle, kinda like ordering fish at most restaurants.

I would say on average you can find TSX between 100 and 160 (depending on clear vs fresnel lens)
The e46 shrouds are now 160+ on ebay
Subaru STi ballasts are Matsushita ballasts and are usually between 140 and 200 for pair used in my experience
Phillips and other bulb brands (Osram) seem to fit nicely in between 40 to 60 for a used pair

I have a 04 wrx and am about to put tsx projectors, did you have any problem with the screws holding the projector hitting the housing of the headlight?
